1. Who we are
eziclip.com is operated by a sole trader registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42043424, in the Netherlands. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. The service
eziclip.com provides creator tools that run entirely in your web browser, free of charge, with no account and no sign-up. Your files are never uploaded to us — all processing happens on your own device. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.
3. Provided "as is"
The tools are provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, output quality, compatibility with your device or browser, or uptime.
4. Acceptable use
Use the tools only with content you own or have the right to process. Do not use eziclip.com for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Because everything runs on your device, you are solely responsible for your files, how you use the outputs, and any rights or consents needed for the content you process (for example, people appearing in a video).
5. Your content stays yours
We claim no rights over the files you process or the outputs you create — they are yours. We never receive them, so we cannot access, store or use them. The site itself, its design, code and brand remain our property and may not be copied or resold.
6. Donations
eziclip.com is free and always will be. If you choose to support it, any contribution made through Buy Me a Coffee is a voluntary donation, handled entirely on that platform under its own terms. Donations are not a purchase, unlock no paid features, and are generally non-refundable.
7. Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, content delivery, the AI model CDN, and — if enabled — advertising) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of third parties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eziclip.com and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, files or outputs, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages. Always keep your own copies of important files.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
